MHADA Lottery Registration 2024

The MHADA board is going to allot houses and flats to the people who live in Maharashtra state through the lottery. In this scheme beneficiary names will be chosen by board from all the registered candidate’s names through the lottery. The board will provide homes & flats at a lower rate than the market. The houses & flats are located in the various places of Maharashtra such as Pune, Solapur, Sangli, & Kolhapur. A total of 5863 houses at affordable price are available in this scheme. All the citizens of Maharashtra state can fill out their MHADA Lottery Registration 2024 for their choice of flat between the 1RK to 3 BHK. The registration for this  lottery scheme is invited from September 5, 2023. All the eligible citizens who want to take benefit of this lottery scheme can fill out their registration form until the closing date of registration will be on February 11, 2024. The minimum area of the flat will be 204 Sq ft . and the maximum area of flat will be 1087 sq ft. With a minimum cost of the flat will be Rs. 5 lakh which will be located in Kolhapur & Kagal and the maximum cost of a flat can be Rs. 1.11 crore which will  be located in Pimpri’s Sant Tukaram Nagar. All the applicants have to pay an application fee according to their income grade in which they belong. An amount of money is also required to be deposited by the applicant according to their category and type of house.
